Packaged X-Ray Tube

[Stainless Steel Housing]

Ideally suited for end users wanting a plug and play solution. Our packaged tubes are fully radiation shielded, high voltage isolated and includes a high voltage cable and a filament supply cable. Our packaging has been designed to provide maximum thermal properties enabling continuous operation, without compromise.

Product Characteristics

The ISP50ST is a kind of multi-purpose side beryllium window X-ray tube housing, which can replace the major imported & branded products. Stainless steel shell package, assembly with insulating oil for high voltage insulation and cooling. The anode of this X-ray tube housing is connected to high voltage, and the cathode and window are grounded.

Applications

It is widely used in RoHS detection, X-ray fluorescence analysis, X-ray transmission analysis, densitometric analysis, X-ray imaging, on-line process control and other scientific research fields and industrial sectors. Mainly used for PCB industry detection, all kinds of drilling target machines, and X-ray fluorescence based coating thickness measurements.
